UFO sightings are on the rise again. Some places are having a huge uptick in witness reports, and some of them are very close encounters. New York State, and the areas of the Great Lakes are undergoing a flap that is largely unreported in the mainstream media. What's going on in these areas that is attracting so much activity..?
