On August 10th, 2025, a journalist by the name of Money Penny gave Ross exactly 3 hours to contact her and explain why he's been hiding the location of a massive UFO too big to move, or she'd reveal it herself. [CLIP 1 - Ross Coulthart] "How big is big? Big. So big, they built a building over it in a country outside of the United States of America. Let me just tell you this. I know exactly where it is."

The ultimatum expired. Coulthart never responded publicly. So what happened? Today, we're diving into this explosive confrontation and the claims that started it all. The story begins two years ago, and this clip was found by UFO researcher Red Panda Koala.

[CLIP 2 - Interview with Lue Elizondo] "Discussed a while back, a UFO so big that it couldn't be moved and was actually built over, Lou, and it's still used to this day as a working building. And I wonder, was that something you had heard of at the time? And how common could that be?"
"I, unfortunately, cannot discuss that. I have to be very careful. I can discuss what is in the book because I have approval to do that. What you are referring to is something that I would not be able to confirm or deny. And let me be very clear with that, I cannot elaborate at all. If someone else has elaborated on it, that's fine. I have not been given any permission to discuss anything like that."

Ross revealed he knows the exact location of a massive UFO so big that authorities built a structure over it rather than attempt to move it. The craft is allegedly hidden in a foreign country, leading to years of speculation about where this might actually be. But Ross has consistently refused to reveal the location, citing national security concerns and the safety of personnel working at the dual-purpose facility.

Now enters Money Penny, described as a former BBC journalist with 30 years in financial technology. On August 10th, 2025, she issued a direct challenge to Ross in a video message that went viral across UFO communities. And she gave him exactly three hours to contact her and explained why the location should remain secret, threatening to release her research if he didn't respond.

[CLIP 3 - Moneypenny's Ultimatum Video] "Hi, this is Money Penny. This is a message to Ross Coulthard. You have three hours from now to contact me and you have my contact details. We've spoken before to be able to stop me revealing where a giant UFO, a huge giant UFO is underneath a massive high security building. And now I have the evidence and I'm going to release it in three hours time, unless you contact me and tell me there is a very important national security issue that would stop me. Because I believe in the interests of disclosure and of everybody who has been struggling with deception and secrets for far too long, that we have a right to know this. You told us about it more than two years ago. It's about time people knew the truth. Three hours, counting."

Her motivation was clear. She believed Ross's refusal to share the location, perpetrating deception and hindering full disclosure. She argued that public interest overweighed national security concerns, a direct challenge to Ross's stated reasons for silence.

Now, Money Penny didn't just make empty threats. She claimed to have compiled substantial evidence using ChatGPT, including references to a high-security military facility with electromagnetic shielding, underground secure compartments, and an 800-foot triangular UFO sighting submitted to the National UFO Reporting Center.

[CLIP 4 - Moneypenny explaining her research] "There is only so much one person can do in a short space of time, so obviously I did use ChatGPT, which was pretty obstructive and tried to stop me. Take a look at this in your own time, together with the other information I've put out. It may be that this particular example is not the same one that Ross Coulthard was referring to. But if the United States have decided they can build secure electromagnetic blocking protective facilities around one giant UFO, possibly in Australia, then it's not such a large jump to see that they've probably done it in other countries, and particularly in their own country."

But the three-hour deadline came and went. Ross made no public response to Moneypenny's ultimatum, but the community reactions were swift and pretty divided.

[CLIP 5 - Ross Coulthart on threats] "And it's quite funny, one of the things I talked about at one stage, and I wish I never had, was my knowledge of a very large non-human craft that was discovered and was so large that it was hidden. I can't reveal where it is. And I've actually had death threats from lunatics on the web who are saying to me, I'm under an obligation to reveal it. But what I know is if I revealed the location of that object, I would put the lives of good men and women in the service of their country in jeopardy, because it's a place that's being used for a dual purpose. It's quite clever what they've done. And I have no intention of revealing it. Absolutely none."

According to Ross, Congress has received names, dates, places about these facilities for two to three years, but have enacted. and he suggests they may have the power to investigate using search and seizure authority, similar to the Church Commission that investigated CIA crimes back in the 1970s.

[CLIP 6 - Ross Coulthart on protecting sources] "People in the UFO, UAP world seem to think this is entertainment. It's not entertainment. We're not under any obligation to tell you anything. The bottom line is we'll report what we find when we're ready to do it and when the sources are ready to speak. And that might take a while, but I'm all about protecting sources and making sure they feel comfortable about coming forward."

Multiple sources have spoken about this, including Ross, Stephen Greer, and former Pentagon officials, and they continue to point towards the existence of a craft so massive they require permanent concealment. As noted in recent congressional revelations, authorities have specific location information for years without acting, according to Ross and UFO whistleblower Michael Herrera.
