Marine Veteran Reveals Secret Military Encounter: Black Triangle UFO During Classified War Game - TRANSCRIPT

The UFO disclosure movement just gained another powerful witness. Marine Corps veteran Roderick Castle III has become the latest whistleblower to come forward, following in the footsteps of David Grusch and others testifying to Congress. In a recent interview with UAP Gerb, Castle revealed his 1997 encounter with a 300-foot triangular craft. But here's the crazy part. It happened on the exact same night as the famous Phoenix Lights incident. Castle has since met with Congressman Eric Burlison and researcher Steven Greer and is preparing to testify before Congress about what he witnessed in the California desert.

As always, you can find the full interview and my detailed articles at UFONews.co. All those links are in the description box below. Hey, UFOlogers, I'm Cristina Gomez, and welcome to this episode of UFO News Updates.

CLIP 1 - Castle speaking: "If things hadn't changed, maybe, you know, in the last two, three years with the energy about this subject, that's the stigma, I probably would have just taken to my grave. Yeah. Maybe told stories to excite, you know, my grandkids or something. Oh, Grandpa Roger's talking about that black triangle again."

Castle's decision to break decades of silence places him among a growing list of military witnesses stepping forward in the current disclosure environment. According to reports, Castle recently contacted whistleblower David Grusch and was subsequently invited to Washington, D.C. to meet with Congressman Eric Burlison alongside other witnesses. What makes Castle's testimony significant is its timing and location. His encounter occurred on March 13, 1997, the exact night as the Phoenix Lights incident that captivated thousands of witnesses across Arizona and neighboring states. And while the Phoenix Lights dominated headlines, Castle's experience at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center at 29 Palms reveals what may have been happening simultaneously in the California desert, just hours away from the Arizona sightings.

CLIP 2 - Castle speaking: "We get a call on the radio that there's, you know, either unexplained or unauthorized something about flare activity in the desert, you know, maybe four, three to four miles out, maybe five, we come over a hill and all five of us see it. It is a black, from that angle, equilateral triangle, meaning all sides the same with three white yellowish orbs in each corner. And possibly some kind of benting on the sides, but definitely rounded on the edges, not pointy. That was there hanging in the sky."

As reported by Stephen Diener, and Castle describes witnessing a 300 foot equilateral triangle craft hovering about 150 to 200 feet above the desert terrain. And below it were unmarked black tactical vehicles and heavily armed operatives in black uniforms, not part of any known branch of the U.S. military. And despite being on U.S. soil and in uniform, Castle's team was outnumbered, disarmed, and detained at gunpoint. The Phoenix Lights incident remains one of the most documented UFO events in history, with thousands of witnesses reporting V-shaped formations moving slowly across Arizona's night sky, and the official explanation attributed to military aircraft and flares from training exercises. However, Castle's testimony adds a new dimension, suggesting coordinated operations involving advanced craft and Black Operation teams across multiple states that same night.

CLIP 3 - Castle speaking: "So I know that your number one concern was for your life and the life of your fellow Marines. Could you tell what the rest of the convoy was doing, what the trucks were doing, what the triangle was doing during this time? You know, of course I've gone over this in my head a billion times and I got my kind of theories, but I'm not stuck on anything. It felt more like they were there with it. It's some kind of Overwatch. Maybe it was why it was hovering right there, I don't know. They seemed surprised as we were, but they were ready because that's what they do. That was the sense. They're doing their job. The minute the thing was gone, they've run back down the hill, back to their vehicles. They take off down that road. Same direction as a craft. We pick ourselves up where the best way I can explain is a state of shock after a car accident or something."

Here's what makes Castle's congressional testimony potentially groundbreaking. If his encounter occurred simultaneously with the Phoenix Lights, are we witnessing a coordinated test of advanced military technology across multiple states? And why would these operations involve unmarked personnel operating outside normal military command structures? Castle's account aligns with research from Harvard Medical School, MUFON investigations and 25 years of documentation suggesting these encounters may represent something far more complex than just extraterrestrial visitation. His experience bears striking similarities to historical claims about triangular craft, including allegations made by Air Force Master Sergeant Edgar Fouche in the 1990s about the TR-3B program. Per sightings from Military Airspace Reporting, Fouche claimed that the TR-3B utilized reverse-engineering propulsion systems that could achieve Mach 9 speeds with 89% mass reduction. While critics note significant credibility issues with Fouche's testimony, Castle's verifiable military service and the electromagnetic effects he reported add credibility to similar technology claims.

CLIP 4 - Castle speaking: "Got back in the vehicle, attempted to turn the Humvee on. It would not start at first. Relatively rare. You got just a side switch to diesel engine, pretty reliable. It took maybe 5 minutes to get it going."

What happened after Castle's encounter reveals potential systematic protocols. The next day, his team received anthrax boosters, highly unusual since the Department of Defense mandate for military anthrax vaccines didn't take effect until December of 1997. Prior to this date, anthrax vaccines were only administrated on a voluntary or targeted basis, such as at risk laboratory workers or specific occupational exposures. While approximately about 150,000 troops received it during the 1990 and 1991 Persian Gulf War, that was under combat deployment conditions, making Castle's March 1997 anthrax booster during a domestic training exercise particularly suspicious.

CLIP 5 - Castle speaking: "By 7 a.m., our gunnery sergeant and our chief war officer was hanging out in our Quonset, which is strange. Marines don't do things with a lot of words. They do things by presence and implying something. Seems like they were checking in on us. We already knew what it was about, but it's just like some flare activity out there, guys. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. You know, it was implied. We knew what they were saying. This is flares. You guys stumbled across something you shouldn't have seen, but no big deal...We were called to medical and given a anthrax booster, they called it. As far as we knew, we had already been given the anthrax vaccine, you know, maybe a year prior. Right. It was always controversial."

As drawn from defense contracting records, the investigation reveals connections to the Wackenhut Corporation, a private security firm that provided security for Nevada Test Site and Area 51. In 2002, Wackenhut attempted to recruit Castle for helicopter operations, seemingly possessing detailed knowledge of his military service record.

CLIP 7 - Castle speaking: "And the term, not the term, the company Wackenhut kept coming up. And then I remembered I was recruited, not a recruit, I received a letter of an event, a recruiting event by them. When I first got out of the reserves, the New York Army National Guard in 2002. And it was within three months of me getting out. At the time, I figured I'm just on a list of veterans. However, they got that. They were data mining and they got my e-mail. But thinking back now, knowing what I know about Wackenhut, it may have been an attempt. If nothing else, it was an attempt to pull me in as an asset."

With Castle now joining David Grusch and other military witnesses willing to testify under oath and given his connection to the Phoenix Lights timeline, do you think Congress will finally get answers about these black triangle programs? What questions should Congressman Eric Burlison be asking? Leave your thoughts in the comments below. I'm Cristina Gomez, and that is it for today. I will see you next time.
